Cascade Land Conservancy Using innovative conservation methods, CLC works to conserve and steward the landscapes that span our region: from headwaters to estuaries, foothills forests to urban centers. The Cascade Agenda, a comprehensive vison and strategy, enables us to assess threats to ecosystems, identify regional conservation opportunities, and conserve and steward these important lands. CLC maximizes the impact of our conservation and restoration efforts by targeting properties with ecologic functions and benefits that extend beyond their boundaries.
Great Peninsula Conservancy The Conservancy protects wildlife habitats and provides opportunities for people to enjoy these places forever. Our work is supported by voluntary donations and grants from those committed to preservation of open space, clean water and wild creatures.
North Mason High School Science Classes Incoming Freshmen must complete at least two science courses during their first four terms at NMHS. Those courses will be Integrated Science A and one of the following: Aquatic World, Living Environment or Uplands Environment.

Kitsap Peninsula Vistor and Convention Bureau Last year over 150,000 visitors strolled the 135 acres of the Hood Canal Theler Wetlands, where four miles of barrier-free scenic trails are open daily, dawn to dusk. Viewing platforms, 1768 feet of floating boardwalk and many interpretive kiosks provide extended opportunities to fully experience the variety of wildlife throughout the wetlands.
